Beaver Lake Boat Rentals

Make the most of Beaver Lake while you are with us.  Available only to guests of Beaver Lakefront Cabins, we have a marvelously equipped, 20-foot pontoon boat for rent.  Rental times are from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM, 2:00 PM to 7:30 PM, and for great candle-lit dinners or all-night fishing, from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.  This boat is loaded with all the amenities like a GPS system for easy navigation, a collapsible canopy for sun or shade, and we"ll take the hassle out of refueling by servicing the boat for you when you return to the dock.

For guests just wanting to relax and tour the lake or swim, it comes with a well-cushioned tanning deck, wrap-around lounge seating, an AM/FM/CD/IPod/MP3 stereo system, swivel dining table and ice chest.  There is a convenient pop-up changing room for getting in or out of your swim suit and a four-step boarding ladder for easy access back into the boat.  We also offer a four person dinner-kit available through the front desk complete with a gas BBQ grill, cooking utensils, cutting board, coffee pot, and tableware for relaxing picnics or romantic, moonlight dinners--and we do the dishes.

If it is fishing you´re after, the boat is equipped with two live wells, two swivel high-backed seats, a Garmin 145 fish finder, fishing pole box, racks, a spot light for finding your way around or attracting fish, and an anchor.  The boat can be rented for the night, or you may combine consecutive time slots at reduced rates as detailed below for an extended excursion.

Payment Policy:  For reservations made 15 or more days in advance, we require a 50% deposit to confirm the reservation.  The second 50% will be charged to your card on the 15th day prior to your arrival.  For reservations made within 15 days of arrival, full payment is due with the reservation.

Cancellation & Weather Policy:  Pontoon reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival.  Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable unless we can rebook your reservation.  However if it is raining or the radar shows that rain is imminent on the date and time of your reservation, we will refund your reservation by check without a cancellation fee or allow you to reschedule subject to availability.  Please note that refunds are only granted for rain, not for the outside temperature.  Temperature on the lake can vary dramatically, especially during the cooler months.  If you are not sure you would want the boat on a cool day, we recommend waiting until you arrive and taking pot luck on availability.

If you were born on or after January 1, 1986 and will be driving the boat, you must present a valid Boater Education Certificate showing the completion of an approved Arkansas Game and Fish Commission safe boating course or a valid boater education certificate issued by another state from a boating education course approved by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators.  Unfortunately, this previously simple procedure has become more complicated.  You must pay a fee and take this course online, print out your results proving that you passed the online course, present your results at a state testing center, retake and pass a similar test in person at the testing center after which the certificate will be mailed to your home.  Note that the live test is currently only administered on the second Tuesday of each month and you must call in advance to register.  For more information, please check out the Arkansas Boating Education website.  Again, these regulations only apply to persons born after January 1, 1986 and are subject to change.  You may find that getting the license in your home state might be easier than jumping through all these loopholes.  At any rate, you will need to start the process early to be eligible to rent the boats when you arrive.
