Cabins, Cottages, or Suites?

We are sometimes asked why we don't call our cabins "cottages"?  In some parts of the world, cottage is preferred over cabin (or vice versa) to describe what is otherwise the same type of lodging, a single, secluded house in a remote area.  Here in Arkansas' Ozark Mountains we find cabin to be used much more frequently than cottage.  Suites, on the other hand, are a collection of units in a single building like a hotel. By which ever name you want to call them, our cabins or cottages and relaxing suites are spacious, comfortable, richly furnished, and come equipped with an elegant bath, kitchen, and private deck overlooking tranquil Beaver Lake.
