Although Eureka Springs and the Beaver Lake area offer numerous fine restaurants, many of our guests find their stay so relaxing they prefer not to leave the resort . . . even when dinner time rolls around. Our unique, private dining service offers the opportunity to enjoy fine dining in the comfort of your room.
Simply choose from our distinctive menu below and Chef Bryan Garrett will come to your cabin or suite and put your kitchen through its paces. He'll also set the table, serve each course hot off the stove and wash the dishes before he leaves. But be forewarned, having your own personal chef can be addictive, resulting in numerous repeat visits to BLC!
Please note that after 6 years, Chef Domonkos featured in our photographs has moved on to other opportunities. We welcome Chef Bryan Garrett with his 25-plus years of experience to the team and will be updating our photos to reflect this as soon as possible. Chef Bryan will continue to provide Denise's menu for those who request it.
Due to the extensive preparations involved, it is important to book your dinner as soon as possible, preferably at the same time as you make your reservation, as last minute requests are often difficult to accommodate. Two weeks prior to your dinner reservation or within 48 hours of a making your reservation if your arrival is in the near future, Chef Bryan will email you a copy of our menu and call to take your order over the phone. Each guest may chose one item from Starters, Entrées and Desserts.
On the day of your reservation, Bryan will arrive and begin preparations an hour before dinner is to be served, at which time your presence is optional. You are welcome to hang out with Bryan, peek over his shoulder and even steal his secrets as he prepares your meal. Or, if you prefer to arrive just in time for your meal to be served, simply let the front desk know and we will provide Bryan access to your room.
Please note that we are unable to provide alcoholic beverages, however, you are welcome to bring your own and Chef Bryan will be happy to serve your drinks with dinner. He is an expert mixologist. The price for the entire meal is $109.00 per couple plus tax and gratuity. You may cancel, free of charge, up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.
